The Shearer/In Line Mixer IOQ template is a versatile template for basic machines with less complexity of material handling. The arrangement is for qualifying equipment already in situ which has previously not been validated. Although the template may be used for brand new equipment it is advised to use the prospective equipment checklist download available on this site to ensure all areas of new qualification have been checked. In the case of new equipment please follow the URS and FAT templates and then the IOQ, followed by PQ to ensure you remain in compliance. Please note that this template is a generic template and specific detail must be added with other tests as required.
